No, we like to say that PrintVis, powered by Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is “substrate agnostic” - the software can easily be setup for any print segment you’re in.  

Yes, that is no problem. PrintVis, powered by Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, has a variety of integration methods depending on what data you want to send and receive. We can even integrate to a press using JDF and other standard methods.  

To get the best value from PrintVis powered by Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, we recommend following the Quote-to-Cash workflow. What this means is that your team can work from sales through to accounting, all-in-one seamless, fully integrated process. 

We have devised fixed price packages that include the one-time setup and implementation fees for up to 10 cost centers. A cost center is commonly known as a machine or work center; any part of your production process where value is added to a job. These one-time setup packages start at $38,000 USD. User costs are additional and are flexible, based on the role within the organization. We only deploy PrintVis, powered by Microsoft Dynamics Business Central in the cloud, therefore, users are priced per user, per month (PUPM). We keep our ongoing support arrangements simple; blocks of time. The amount of time each print company needs will vary and is typically discussed once you are live. We collaborate with you to determine how much time each month you will need. There is flexibility in these support blocks; use them for training, issue resolution, onboarding new employees, etc. We also offer system optimization workshops and are a full Managed Service Provider (MSP). Many of our clients want a single point of accountability and use our team as an all up partner.
